CapAhead is operated by HAC Labs. By using CapAhead, you agree to these terms.

CapAhead is a budgeting and planning tool. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, credit, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

Ownership

CapAhead is owned and operated by HAC Labs. The app, website, branding, design, and content belong to HAC Labs or its licensors and must not be copied or misused.

Age

CapAhead is not directed to children. If you are under 18, you should use CapAhead only with involvement from a parent or guardian.

Your data

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping your device, backups, and recovery keys safe.

Availability

We aim to keep CapAhead useful and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

CapAhead Pro and subscriptions

CapAhead may offer paid features through CapAhead Pro. CapAhead Pro subscriptions are billed and managed through Google Play. Google Play terms, billing rules, refund rules, and subscription management tools also apply.

If you start the 7-day free trial, the trial will automatically convert into a paid, auto-renewing subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.

If a launch offer is available, the offer price applies only for the first subscription year. After the first year, the subscription renews at A$39.99 per year unless you cancel before renewal.

As-is service and liability

CapAhead is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, HAC Labs is not responsible for financial losses, missed bills, incorrect decisions, loss of data, or other damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, CapAhead.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, guarantees, or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse CapAhead, interfere with its operation, copy it in a way that violates rights, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. The updated date on this page will show when changes were made.
